What I Eat

I’ve been enjoying strawberries lately. Usually every day for breakfast, I eat strawberries, an apple, a banana, and I drink a protein shake. I feel pretty satisfied after that.

I used to work overnights. Once I switched to day shifts, I stopped eating breakfast at the normal time. Because of my schedule, I eat “breakfast” around noon, I eat “lunch” around five or six, and I eat something small before bed or if my lunch is big enough, I don’t eat dinner at all.

That’s all for today. I wanted to make a blog post, but I didn’t feel like putting that much effort in today.
